Based on the caption “On true rumours ” Shootout at Lokhandwala reflects the real life battle of Mumbai police & Gangsters.This 2007 bollywood movie was directed by Apoorva Lakhia.TVN reporter Meeta reports over 3000 ammunition was discharged from Lokhandwala complex by Police due to contiuos shots and bullet castings.This incident was left to the investigation of Additional commissioer of police  and a private prosecutor Dhingra.There films leads to the gangsters.

Even though this movie was a Bachchan starrer it was declared  as a average hit.
